Do not Show the QR Code of Electronic Uniform Invoice on Internet to Prevent Winning Prize from Fraudulent Claims

Minxiong Office, National Taxation Bureau of the Southern Area, Ministry of Finance wishes to remind the public to never upload the QR code of electronic uniform invoice to the internet to prevent someone from claiming the uniform invoice winning prize fraudulently by scanning it through the Uniform Invoice Lottery Redemption APP (hereinafter “redemption APP”).
For example, Ms. Ye won a NT$1,000 uniform invoice prize and posted her electronic uniform invoice on IG, but she couldn’t redeem her prize because her friend has fraudulently claimed the prize by scanning the QR code of the winning electronic uniform invoice through redemption APP. Fortunately, she finally retrieved the prize by providing the certified copies of electronic uniform invoice to prove her ownership.
Minxiong Office would like to remind you that, if you would like to share the joy of winning the uniform invoice prize, please remember to pixelate the QR code to prevent someone from claiming the uniform invoice winning prize.
